Taking part in a course, unless it is clearly certified as a teachers' training course, does not qualify anyone to teach the material taught in the course. For the avoidance of doubt all written, electronic, audio, video, material, information, oral teaching in person or online, terms, methodology, concepts and symbols of all courses conducted by the ISIS School of Holistic Health, remain the intellectual property and copyright of the ISIS School of Holistic Health and must not, at any time be taught, communicated, copied, shared, and distributed, to any other person or organisation without the written approval of the School.

Terms & Conditions for Courses, Trainings, Retreats and Pilgrimages

All courses, trainings, retreats and pilgrimages require a deposit to secure your place.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and places booked cannot be transferred to others.

The balance for a course is payable seven days before the course starts, unless otherwise stated. The balance for some trainings, retreats and pilgrimages have their own terms and conditions which will be stated on the corresponding website page.

Should you need to cancel a course booking, you will not be charged the remaining balance if the cancellation is notified more than four weeks in advance. If you cancel for whatever reason less than four weeks prior to the commencement of the course, a full charge will be made. Longer courses, of 6 months and over, require a 12 week notice of cancellation, and any money paid, minus the deposit, will only be returned if the place is filled.

We retain the right to cancel any course, training, retreat or pilgrimage at anytime. If you paid a deposit or a course fee, this will be returned to you, but we are not liable for any other expenses or losses you may occur as a result of a cancellation.

Any required course material must be purchased prior to the course date.

You are at all times responsible for your own conduct and processes on courses, trainings, retreats and pilgrimages. You undertake all courses, trainings, retreats and pilgrimages at your own risk.

You should note that we will not allow you to attend courses, trainings, retreats and pilgrimages under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, for your own safety. Nor do we allow participants to drink alcohol or take recreational drugs whilst on our courses, trainings, retreats and pilgrimages. You should also make sure you are not suffering from any alcohol related symptoms during that time. It is also inadvisable to drink alcohol or take recreational drugs immediately following courses, trainings, retreats and pilgrimages.

Please note that the training courses and workshops are not treatments and any treatments during the class are part of the learning process. You undertake these treatments and practices at your own risk.

Long-term courses, which run over a number of months or years, have their own terms and conditions. Please check the relevant webpage and correspondence.

Venues and Locations: We reserve the right to change the venue and location of workshops and courses. Should a change of venue / location take place participants are still responsible for the travel and any other associated costs with regard to the new venue / location.

Terms & Conditions for Therapy Bookings

Each session is private and confidential.

You are at all times responsible for your own conduct and processes in therapy sessions. You undertake these treatments at your own risk.

You should note that we will not allow you to attend any treatment under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, for your own safety. You should make sure you are not suffering from any alcohol related symptoms during that time. It is also inadvisable to drink alcohol or take recreational drugs following a treatment.

There is no widely accepted scientific proof of the efficacy of alternative or complementary therapies. None of the treatments have been proven to cure illnesses. They are for relaxation purposes only. You participate in the therapy at your own risk. If you are suffering from physical, mental or emotional illness and you have any doubts, please refer to your family doctor.

Scientifically, there are no known side effects for complementary therapies.

Should you need to cancel a therapy booking, for whatever reason, less than 48 hours in advance, you will lose your deposit. All deposits for therapy sessions are non-refundable. However, you may be able to transfer it to another time should you notify us more than 48 hours in advance of the appointment.

A group of sessions that are discounted, are prepaid on the first session. These are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Terms and Conditions for Online Courses, Forums and Facebook Groups

Online Courses bought via the Website: Once you purchase an Online Course you will have access to the course for a year. The Courses are for personal use only. None of the material should be shared, distributed, or taught to others. If we discover that anyone is teaching or sharing the material, which is the property of the ISIS School of Holistic Health Ltd without our permission, the person will be removed from the Course(s) they purchased without any refund(s).

Online Live Courses: Purchase of an Online Live Course is through bank transfer. Once the Course starts you will have access to the course for a year from the start date of the Course. These Courses are for personal use only. No Course material should be shared, distributed, or taught to others. If we discover that anyone is teaching or sharing the material, which is the property of the ISIS School of Holistic Health Ltd without our permission, the person will be removed from the Course(s) they purchased without any refund(s).

Online Classes are paid in advance via Paypal or bank transfer. Once paid, should you need to cancel, please note that all fees are non transferable to other dates and non refundable.

Each person attending an Online Circle or Webinar is required to pay the cost for the session. The cost is not per zoom room. This means that if two or more people are using the same computer, each person has to register and pay with us so that we know who is attending. This is no different from attending in person.

Participants on online circles and webinars are asked not to share the links.

By asking to participate in The ISIS School's Online Forums and Facebook groups, you agree:

that taking part in the group is your personal choice;

that all information posted in the group, including personal stories and experiences is confidential;

that you will not share any emails, members' email addresses, names and posts with third parties;

that offensive material is prohibited, and if you post such material you may be removed permanently from
the forum; -
that, with the exception of The ISIS School of Holistic Health, any advertising in the forums and groups is prohibited.
